Shall be more than 31th or reservation that need to pay a deposit of $500 per unit. Credit card deposit will be returned within 21 working days to your credit card account.

Crazyegg Care

Provide a secured compensation in a fixed range when loss, theft or damage of the Equipment arises during the service. This is only $12 per day and per device.

Q1: How should I fill in the lease date?
A1: The lease date would count from your departure date to your arrival Hong Kong date.
(P.S. Please select the option of midnight departure, if your departure time is 00:00 AM – 07:00 AM)
Q2: When could I collect/return the devices?
A2: Airport branch: the same day of your arrival and departure.
Q3: Do I need to pay deposit if I make my order online, and pay by credit card?
A3: If you have paid by credit card online, the credit card company would hold $500 on credit as deposit, it would not be debited. (P.S. except for the Angry Bird discount, which require a $500 deposit and it would be debited.)
Q4: Do I need to come in person for collection?
A4: Only the order number (confirmation email) is required for collecting the device, but not the renter himself/herself. (P.S. Fast delivery courier is not accepted in both collecting and returning our products)
Q5: What are the late charges?
A5: The late charges would be: One date of rent + $20 administrative fee (per day)
Q7: How do I enjoy the Angry Bird discount?
A7: To acquire the discount, you need to order 31 days before your departure date.
Q8: What should I do when I have trouble in connection?
A8: Please follow the instructions on the menu attached to the pocket, restart your devices, or message our technical support through Whatsapp(66963670) for aid when you have found a free WiFi spot.
